Since it opened in 1997, Fluid has become a staple of the underground music scene. Its diverse deejay lineup includes electronica, funk, house, soul, trip-hop, trance, progressive, drum and bass, jungle, break beat, hip-hop, rock, punk, and everything in between.
Regular deejays include Philadelphia’s own ?uestlove of the Roots along with countless other top national and international guests. The cave-like 2nd-floor space is dark enough to get lost in anonymous dancing for hours, but just light enough to check out the other fine dancers.
Cover varies but is usually $5 and can often be avoided by arriving before 10 p.m.
