Dive bars are harder to come by in swanky Old City than in the rest of the city, but Sugar Mom’s fits the bill. Offering dirt-cheap drinks, pool tables, and debauchery, the basement space is filled with a casual crowd as well as a few of the fancier Old City bar-hoppers who’ve spent all their money at nearby establishments and need one last nightcap.
A few retired bumper cars on the floor provide additional seating for the drunken masses. Typical bar fare is served.
