Just a block from the Italian Market, this converted 1860s townhouse has 10 rooms including seven suites, with rates starting at just $105. Rooms vary in size (from small to spacious) and design (from colonial to contemporary).
A continental breakfast with homemade muffins is included in the price. Four apartment units have kitchens, a sleeping area with a queen bed, a loveseat, and TV, with prices as low as $53 a night for stays of a month or more; breakfast is not included for long-term stays. All rooms have a private bath, satellite TV, and DSL.
