This restored 1850s four-story row house sits on a quiet, residential block in an idyllic location near Rittenhouse Square. There are 12 rooms, including six fully equipped studio and one-bedroom executive suites, which are intended for people staying a week or longer.
Rooms start at $120 and suites are $140–180. This is an unbeatable deal for the location, especially for long-term stays, with discounts of 10–30 percent depending on the length of stay.
There are no TVs in the rooms, creating a more intellectual atmosphere, but a Steinway piano in the parlor and endless activities in nearby Rittenhouse Square keep guests entertained. A full breakfast is served daily in the formal dining room.
