Memorial Day weekend kicks off with Jam on the River at Penn’s Landing. For more than 20 years, the festival has hosted musical acts in genres including rock, blues, soul, jazz, and pop. The festival started as a Louisiana-themed event but has expanded to encompass a diverse weekend with all kinds of great music and food.
