Peruvian Embassies and Consulates Abroad
If you are applying for a work visa or other type of special visa for Peru in the United States, contact the consular section of the Peruvian embassy (tel. 202/833-9860, www.peruvianembassy.us), located in Washington D.C. Additionally, there are consulates in Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Hartford, Honolulu, Houston, Los Angeles, Miami, New Orleans, New York, Paterson, Phoenix, Sacramento, Salt Lake City, San Francisco, San Juan, Seattle, St. Louis, and Tulsa.
The Peruvian embassy in Canada is in Ottawa (tel. 613/238-1777, www.embassyofperu.ca), with consulates in Calgary, Montreal, Toronto, Vancouver, and Winnipeg. In the United Kingdom the embassy and consular section are both in London (tel. 020/7235-1917, www.peruembassy uk.com). In South Africa, the Peruvian embassy and consulate are in Pretoria (tel. 27-12/348-8744, embaperu6 [at] telkomsa [dot] net).
In Australia the embassy is in Barton, Canberra (tel. 612/6273-7351, www.embaperu.org.au), with consulate offices in Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney. In New Zealand the embassy is in Wellington (tel. 64-4/499-8087, embassy.peru [at] xtra [dot] co [dot] nz), and there are two honorary consulates in Auckland and Christchurch.
