The Hudson-Mohawk Bikeway follows the Mohawk and Hudson Rivers for about 60 miles, from Albany north to Rotterdam Junction and east to St. Johnsville. Maps are available at the Albany Heritage Area Visitor Center (25 Quackenbush Sq., at Broadway and Clinton Ave., 518/434-0405 or 800/258-3582, 9 a.m.–9 p.m. Mon.–Fri. and 10 a.m.–4 p.m. Sat.–Sun.). In Albany you can access the trail from the Corning Preserve.
Dutch Apple Cruises (137 Broadway, 518/463-0220) and Capt. JP (518/270-1901) offer sightseeing, lunch, brunch, and dinner cruises along the Hudson Rivr in April–October.
