Is there a monster lurking deep in Flathead Lake? Sightings have been reported for well over 100 years, and in 1955 it was even reported to have been caught. Although the creature in question turned out to be a 7.5-foot, 181-pound white sturgeon, it is preserved in the Polson-Flathead Historical Museum.
