Danny On Trail
Trip Ideas
The Danny On Trail leads from the main parking lot 3.8 miles up to the summit. There are plenty of huckleberries on the trail late in the summer, and spur trails offer wildflower meadows and vistas of the Flathead Valley. For $12 ($10 seniors, $8 children) you can buy a ride up on the gondola and either hike or ride back down. The thrifty will appreciate the free ride down on the lift that’s available to those who make the hike up. The entire trail is usually clear of snow from July through mid-September.
