Don’t be fooled by Gojo’s unassuming exterior. Inside, a true dining spectacle awaits, as carefully trained chefs staff tableside grills to prepare feasts of freshly sautéed vegetables and meats. The chefs are personable and talkative, and some have a great sense of humor that adds to the theatrical feel of the evening.

Bring your appetite, as each meal begins with several appetizers including grilled shrimp, rice doused with spinach and hollandaise sauce, and a small portion of grilled vegetables. Before dinner, test your reflexes as the chef flips grilled shrimp into the mouths of hungry patrons.

A creamy bowl of sherbet concludes the experience, and it’s not uncommon to need a box for leftover food.

Because of Gojo’s popularity, reservations are recommended. Arrive early and relax with one of the restaurant’s signature cocktails.
