Get ready to laugh—a lot—during the annual Kansas City Improv Festival. Local improvisational performers unite with national acts during a four-day comedic showcase. In 2009 Saturday Night Live cast member and Kansas City native Jason Sudeikis made an appearance.
“We’ve done TV commercials and public pranks and shows for hundreds of people, but this is the most exciting thing we do all year,” said Tim Marks, KCiF director. “We get to bring superstars in from L.A., New York, and Chicago and set them up in Crown Center to do one-time-only shows.”
