The three main malls in San Pedro—the MetroPlaza Mall just north of Avenida Circunvalación on the highway exit to Puerto Cortés; Multiplaza by the exit to Tegucigalpa; and MegaPlaza by the exit to El Progreso—each have at least three screens and better sound systems than the older cinemas in the center of town.
