Rafiki’s Planet Watch

Also known as the “the lines are too long in the rest of the park” area of Animal Kingdom, Rafiki’s Planet Watch is well intentioned but pretty inconsequential. Unfortunately, it’s also pretty inconvenient.
To get here, guests must board the Wildlife Express Train for a five-minute ride, only to be greeted by a five-minute walking trail to the actual site.
The educational facility offers live animal encounters, a few interactive exhibits, and a peek at the park’s behind-the-scenes veterinary work in the Conservation Station; there’s also the Affection Section petting zoo. And yeah, that’s it.
