It’s no wonder that the pancakes at Snooze have developed a loyal following: With options such as caramel glazes and shameless amounts of chocolate they are somewhere between breakfast and dessert. There’s even a Pineapple Upside Down Pancake. The menu also features several savory egg dishes and sandwiches on the lunch side, though breakfast is served all day.
The “Jetsons meets Happy Days” colorful and unique decor makes Snooze fun, too. Located near the ballpark in LoDo, Snooze is still in a slightly rough part of downtown.
