Ellyngton’s is open for breakfast and lunch every day and attracts the city’s power brokers, but what they are known for is their Dom Pérignon Sunday brunch buffet. Like the rest of the Brown’s restaurants, Ellyngton’s is in an elegantly appointed room and the service is exceptional.

The brunch includes waffles, an omelet station, salads, seafood including fresh sushi, and a choice of champagnes. The brunch desserts are amazing, with small crème brûlées as a standout.
