Since moving to a bigger and brighter new space, Denver’s premier vegetarian restaurant, WaterCourse Foods, has become even more popular. There’s now a bar, patio seating, and plenty of tables inside, so waits for a table aren’t too long.
The all-day menu at WaterCourse specializes in creative ways to eat tofu, salad, tempeh, pasta, and of course vegetables. Try the tamales for breakfast or dinner and design your own salad. There’s also a wine and beer list, a variety of teas, and fresh smoothies.
