The Bluebird Theater was originally built in 1913 and used as a movie house. After many incarnations and a bit of neglect, it was turned into one of Denver’s most popular concert venues in 1994.
All shows at the Bluebird are 16 and over, though anyone under 21 is restricted to the balcony during a concert while alcohol is served on another level.
There is a wide range of acts that play at the Bluebird—from Shelby Lynne to Oasis to Slim Cessna’s Auto Club and less well-known groups still getting their start.
