There is no office in the U.S.; however, the Canadian offices will mail literature to U.S. citizens.

Cuba is a member of the Caribbean Tourism Organization (CTO, 80 Broad St., 32nd Floor, New York, NY 10004, tel. 212/635-9530, www.doitcaribbean.com), which is a handy information source; and the Caribbean Hotel Association (CHA, 2655 LeJeune Rd., Suite 910, Coral Gables, FL 33134, tel. 305/443-3040, www.caribbeanhotelassociation.com), both of which are barred under U.S. law from promoting tourism to Cuba in the United States. Infotur (5ta Av. y 112, Miramar, tel. 07/204-3977, www.infotur.cu), the government tourist information bureau, operates Palacios de Turismo (tourist information booths) in Havana and most major cities and tourist venues nationwide. Every tourist hotel has a buró de turismo.
Other Information Bureaus
Agencia de Información Nacional (Calle 23 #358, esq. J, Vedado, Havana, tel. 07/832-5541, www.ain.cubaweb.cu) dispenses information about virtually every aspect of Cuba, but serves primarily as a “news” bureau.
