For the last few years Bráz has consistently been crowned as one of the city’s best pizzerias. The most recent and inviting of its several locations is 
Quintal do Bráz (Rua Gandavo 447, Vila Mariana 5082-3800, www.quintaldobraz.com.br, 6:30 p.m.–12:30 a.m. Sun.–Thurs., 6:30 p.m.–1:30 a.m. Fri.–Sat., R$30–40), where tables are scattered throughout a relaxing green quintal (garden). Aside from the truly outstanding pizzas, this location offers a wonderful selection of antipasti and the recently invented pizza carola, a hybrid that is part calzone and part pizza.
