Considering the country’s immensity, it’s hardly surprising that Brazil’s geography is so incredibly varied. The fifth-largest country in the world after Canada, China, Russia, and the United States, Brazil is the largest country in South America (occupying roughly half the continent). It shares borders with every South American country except Chile and Ecuador.
