Cambridge Beaches Resort’s Ocean Spa (30 Kings Point, tel. 441/234-3636, oceanspa [at] cambeach [dot] bm, www.cambridgebeaches.com) has seven rooms and offers a full menu of face and body treatments for men and women, plus couples, as well as massage therapy. The Indian Head Massage (25 minutes, $75), Revive Jet Lag Treatment (50 minutes, $130), and Aromatherapy Facial (50 minutes, $115) allow clients to tap into the fountain of youth. Full-day packages ($527) allow use of the sauna, steam room, lockers, showers, robes, and slippers. Upstairs, Aquarian Baths, a luxurious indoor heated pool with a retractable roof, is also available to spa clients.
