Gra Gra Lagoon National Park
This 1,197-acre wetland and mangrove forest reserve includes a 300-acre brackish lagoon that is best explored in a canoe or kayak. Inquire at the Friends of Gra Gra Lagoon office (tel. 501/502-0043 or 501/600-6222, gglagoon [at] yahoo [dot] com), diagonally across from the old bus station. As for other sights, they include a walk along the beach or near the bridge in the center of town, where you’ll watch Dangriga buzz the day away.
