About 20 minutes south of Orange Walk Town, on the old Northern Highway, you can join the locals to indulge in white sandy beaches and shady coconut trees as nice as any on the cayes.
It’s mostly a locals’ picnic spot, and you’ll find some basic food services and tons of people during Semana Santa (Easter week).
