Chef Jason Atherton’s illustrious career at Gordon Ramsay’s London restaurant, The Maze Grill, led him to The Waterhouse Hotel to spearhead the Table No. 1 concept. After it opened in 2010, it quickly became a destination restaurant, admired for its simple, minimalist decor and well-crafted dishes.
Choose from a modern European menu split into snack plates, meat, fish, vegetables, and dessert. The restaurant looks out onto the street and the hotel courtyard. You can dine in luxury and style without clocking up a shocking tab.
