The centerpiece of the Bund nightlife scene is Bar Rouge. Ask any Shanghailander to name that must-go venue and chances are they’ll pick this one.
A legend among the city’s bars, it has everything a Bund location should have: swanky decor, overpriced cocktails, a wide outdoor patio with a terrace, crowds of interesting club-goers, and a matchless view of the glittering skyline. Red velvet drapes adorn the interior and a big island bar sits in the center of the main room.
International DJs frequent the decks, but on regular nights you’ll be listening to jazz and funk. On weekends, the party goes on until the sun comes up.
