If you’re driving up to Edmonton from the south along Highway 2, move over to the left lane as you enter the city in preparation for a stop at Edmonton Tourism’s Gateway Park Visitor Information Centre information center (780/496-8400, Mon.–Fri. 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m. and Sat.–Sun. 9 a.m.–5 p.m.). On the arrivals level of the Edmonton International Airport is another information center year-round Mon.–Fri. 8 a.m.–midnight, Sat.–Sun. 9 a.m.–midnight).
