ABOUT THE AUTHOR GAYLORD DOLD

Gaylord Dold was born in Kansas and raised in rural Southern California during the good old days. He has lived in California, Florida, Kansas, and London, England, where he attended the London School of Economics. Over the years, he has published 11 crime novels, as well as many articles and book reviews of current fiction and nonfiction. He was the managing editor of the Watermark Press in Wichita, Kansas and is a regularly featured book reviewer in the Wichita Eagle.
   Gaylord has traveled widely in the Caribbean, Europe, and Africa. These days, he's back on the prairie of southern Kansas, where he lives with his wife, Megumi, and their dog, Aki. Fly-fishing in the Rockies is his passion, and writing his profession. He is currently at work on a new novel and is planning a book about the Continental Divide.
