About the Author

Stuart Strother and Barbara Strother

Stuart Strother and Barbara Strother are a husband and wife author team with extensive experience working, traveling, and living in China. In 1993, they celebrated their first anniversary on a trip to China, and have been traveling and working throughout the country since. Many of their travels were with their two sons.

The two have taught at a private Chinese school, an American international school, have managed a teacher recruitment business, and have guided travel tours in China. Stuart enjoys helping his students find ways to tap into the Chinese economic boom, such as starting small international businesses and finding employment. They have both been big fans of Yao Ming ever since he played for the Shanghai Sharks.
