Costa Rica expert launches mobile phone travel app
My visit to Costa Rica last month was a perfect opportunity to snap more photographs for my first travel app, Costa Rica ¡Pura Vida!, which launches on the iTunes store this week.
Sure, you could find restaurants, hotels, and attractions through trial and error, but it’s much easier to ask the expert. Download Sutro Media's Costa Rica ¡Pura Vida! and tap your way to the best that this exciting Central American country has to offer.
There are thousands of travel apps available, and scores of companies. But I chose to publish in partnership with Sutro Media, the leading company in the travel app field.
From detailed hotel reviews to a wildlife guide with descriptions on more than 50 animals, birds and other creatures, this wordly iPhone and iPod app put everything you need to plan your plan your trip at your fingertips—and makes a great tour guide once you reach Costa Rica. From the best surfing beaches to San José's hottest nightclubs, Costa Rica ¡Pura Vida! has the inside scoop for travelers around the world.
Whether you plan on spending all of your time surfing, or looking to explore San José' more offbeat side, from jazz bars to local markets, this guide will take you there. With 250 key entries, Costa Rica ¡Pura Vida! is a comprehensive guide to traveling around this adventure paradise. Think you already know Costa Rica? Then use this app to discover new places.
My critical reviews will help you spend your money and your time more wisely. I filter out the noise and cut to the chase, pointing you toward only the best of what Costa Rica has to offer. Just like having a tour guide in your pocket!
Looking for the coolest attractions nearby? No problem. The one-click website and telephone interface and GPS tracking tell you instantly what's nearby. And easy-to-use filters helpfully sort reviews by category, name, average price or distance.
Each entry comes complete with a map and/or slide show that give you a sneak peek. Want to know what an agouti looks like? Here you have it up close and personal, in color. In all, this app has more than 2,300 full-color photographs.
iPhone applications have already begun to transform travel. So get your Costa Rica ¡Pura Vida! mobile phone travel app today.
